Sandy Hogan is President of Hogan and Company, a coaching
company headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. Through integral coaching,
teaching, writing and speaking, Sandy is dedicated to "evoking of others the
highest in themselves" – which has been her calling since the age of 14.
Sandy is known for her creative and compassionate style of
coaching and has achieved excellent results with diverse clients including
corporate executives, small business owners, management professionals, and
people who find themselves in transition – all of whom are hearing the small
voice within, or who are feeling prompted by a force greater than
themselves, to make significant changes in their lives, and to come closer
to answering the question, "What does the world want of me?" She has written
the soon-to-be-published book about transforming life’s tragedies entitled,
Changing Horses in Midstream Without Drowning.
Sandy possesses a wealth of knowledge and communication
skills acquired through her background in coaching, corporate and non-profit
executive management, and teaching. Sandy holds a Bachelor Degree in English
and has completed graduate work in Creative Writing. She is a certified
"integral coach," and has achieved the designation of "Professional
Certified Coach" through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a
board member of the Tucson Chapter of the ICF, and a founding member of the
Greater Phoenix chapter of the ICF.
In addition to having been a secondary school teacher in English,
speech and drama, Sandy has over two decades of corporate and executive
management behind her, both in the software and non-profit sectors. She has
served on many boards and is also a lay minister in the Universal
Brotherhood Movement. Prior to becoming an integral coach, Sandy was a
consultant in Dr. Andrew Weil’s Program in Integrative Medicine at the
University of Arizona, and a director of the National Integrative Medicine
Council. This work took her deep into the realm of holistic healing, which
eventually became a catalyst for becoming a holistic coach.
Sandy is a student of compassionate communication, and is
also known for her unique blend of enthusiasm, wisdom, and personal
integrity, which have earned her enduring praise from her clients. Her true
inspiration for "midwiving greatness in the world through others," comes
from her over-a-quarter-century marriage to Peter, her beloved children
Kevin and Kym, and her treasured grandchildren Max and Mia.
